I have this brown linen coat that I lent out recently to someone only to have it back with what seems like blood and sweat stains! I don't want to dispose of it. Can anyone help with stain-removal tips?

I sure can help you out with this tried and true recipe for stains, Vinegar; Soak out bloodstains

Whether you nick yourself while shaving, or receive an unexpected scratch, it's important to treat the stains on your clothing as soon as possible; bloodstains are relatively easy to remove before they set but can be nearly impossible to wash out after 24 hours. If you can get to the stain before it sets, treat it by pouring full-strength white vinegar on the spot. Let it soak in for 5-10 minutes, then blot well with a cloth or towel. Repeat if necessary, then wash immediately.
And for perspiration stains, you can use the same reliable liquid I use for my laundry and stains Pretreat perspiration stains

Want to see those sweat marks disappear from shirts and other garments? Just pour a bit of vinegar directly onto the stain, and rub it into the fabric before placing the item in the wash. You can also remove deodorant stains from your washable shirts and blouses by gently rubbing the spot with undiluted vinegar before laundering

For blood stains: first wash with water and bath soap. Let stand for about 15 minutes then hand wash and rinse. You will notice right away that the blood stain disappears partly. Repeat procedure. Then when the blood stain disappears completely wash again but this time use laundry soap. For sweat stains use vinegar.

My technology instructor defined this to us till now. once you sweat, curiously, there is salt in it. And it dries up on your outfits and leaves those white marks. Use a sturdy (prescription, in keeping with risk?) deodorant to assist ward off this and drink lots of water! this is all i will think of of. in keeping with risk shrink lower back on the salty meals? this is merely your physique sort, and don't project, others have this too. this is common. :) it rather is advisable to hold around a small face towel too, to wipe up your sweat till now it soaks into your outfits.
