Sometimes but sometimes looking to deeply into my inner world cause me to to interject some self justifications that i apply to ; as you say the "real" universe.
sometimes i worry that over exposing my thoughts to myself may cause a fixation of my otherwise uninhibited
imagination.
which is the dream, which is not.

No. My inner universe and the real one rarely meet.
Unfortunatly, when they do, it is the real one that usually wins.
