Absolutely not....there is only a problem when countries make a deal out of when the IA EA is giving the run around..
This is in just what Iran is trying to do....WHY ? Perhaps their
use of nuclear energy is not peaceful ! I found it interesting that even Russia announced today that it will suspend technology ( i remind you UN ,not US) If it does not obied resolutions !

I think the use of nuclear energy is not illegal as long as you use it for the good of the humanity and the whole universe. It is very important to know what is your purpose and intention of doing something, ask yourselves, if it for the goodness or badness, because it is very important.

I don't think it is illegal. but it depends who wanna use that. because it's like a knife. if you gave a knife to a murderer it would be dangerous and he/she would harm someone. but a doctor could use it in a surgery to save someone's life.
all things are like this. the human kind needs to be taught before use new things. just like the doctor.

depends on who has it................if "they" have it, its illegal..........if "we " have it, its a safety device against those who do.
