baka-updates.com(google it) is a good place to browse for new and they usually have links to the original subber or just download the manga from there

when in doubt, search for an MSN group that post your manga scans. If its not popular, its a little harder to find.
theses are all direct downloads, except the msn groups. from my experience DD usually have more manga, and more of the latest chapters
