It really does depend on what you are looking for. A boiler and 6 rads can be bought at the lowest end for £700, obviously not great quality . Vaillant do a heat pack with four rads for £1000. Vaillant are just about the best. If you give a list of your house size, number of rads what you have at the moment I can give a much more accurate price.

I have just had a quote for a new system from British Gas which came to £3,959.21.
This was for:
Install ME Bonding
Worcester Bosch Condenser Boiler
Installation Package
System Controls
Powerflush
Flue
Condense Waste
We were to keep our existing radiators

anywhere between1.500-2.500pounds.tip,buy your own rads,pay for labour costs or let fitters do the work for you but ask to see reciepts,but always get three different qoutes and if possible have someone has a friend /witness who may know something about central heating,but if you can afford it a registered CORGI dealer would be ideal.i hope this advice is helpful,i dont like seeing people being ripped off.

In the USA from 4 to 6 thousand dollars if you include AC, that is the range. Heat only no AC maybe 3,000 -4000. That would be my best guess.

It all depends on how many radiators you want, what type of boiler and size of house/flat. Get several quotes then decide. My mother in law just had hers done for £1,700 in her 2 bed flat. But NEVER buy a Potterton system.

do not go with British Gas, they are twice the price, try some local engineers, look in your yellow pages.
