Disconnection, cannot display page, all loads of other problems

not had a problem - been using it for the last few months and always been fine. u can check on their website and they upload a list of areas that are known to be having problems and estimated time of being fixed. if u not on there they may not know- send them an email or ring customer services, i've always found them to be real helpful.

I put a question about Orange Broadband on "Answers" yesterday but no response so I am glad that someone else is having problems.
My Internet has been down for 2 weeks now - no connection at all. They tell me it is something to do with an upgrade - but have no idea what to? No prior warning!!
