Am planning to go to Vienna next weekend. Can anyone suggest best/cheapest way of transport from Den Haag and what to see there.

The following information is based on the idea that you are travelling on the weekend of Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th of March.
Take the train from Den Haag CS to Utrecht CS at 07:36, then take the ICE [German high-speed train], leaving at 08:32 from Utrecht CS and travel on that train until Frankfurt Airport (arrival at 11:51) then take another ICE from Frankfurt Airport (train leaves at 12:05) and arrival at Viena West Station is at 19:34 on Friday 23rd.
If you are travelling on April Fool's Weekend, programme your timetable at:

If, however, you have the time, take instead a train from Den Haag to Duisburg, Germany and then the Night Train to Vienna.

you can probably take a bus for about €80 one way I think but I'd take a train if I were you... Not sure how much that will cost but you can find out with a phonecall to 0900 92 96 (international railway ticket service)
