I don't think it is common at all. It was popular some years ago - there are very few Bradley's around. If you like it, go with it.

I reall like Brad or Bradley. I think the names are really cute. I think that if that is the name that you keep coming back to then that is the name that you should go with. Dont let anyone on here talk you out of that name because you like it. Mommy knows best! Good luck and congratulations on baby Bradley!

No it's lovely!!
My son is the only one with that name in our area which is nice for him at school etc.. but I know in big cities etc.. it's probably more common.
His full name is Bradley Wyn Jones, I think if you feel it goes with your surname well stick with it as it's quite tricky to find a name which flows.
Also I think Brad is a whole different sounding name and our Bradley doesn't get called Brad as it's very American sounding etc.. but Bradley is a lovely boys name and doesn't need to be shortened - I know he gets called Bradders at school by his friends but they're all only 7 so hopefully it'll wear off!
Good Luck with the imminent arrival!

I only know 3 Bradley's. They all live in different states and there is a big age difference between all three, so I don't think it's an overused name at all. It is a very good name that will grow up well with your son.
Congratulations.

I wouldn't say it was overly common, in fact i don't think i've ever met anyone called bradley! It's quite a cute name for a baby and it'll be nice for when he's older too. If you've searched through many names already and always come back to that one then go with your instinct :)
All the best xox

I like the name Bradley. I have a little boy in my preschool class now named Owen Bradley. :)

I graduated in 1998 with 4 or 5 Bradley's so I think it was popular in the late 70's, early 80's but not now.

Go for it. SD

Don't think that it is too common at all. Actually the weird and unusual names are the ones becoming too common now. Think that Brad and Bradley are good names for babies and great names for adult men. Sometimes parents don't think about the fact that kids will be adults stuck with weird names someday. I have boys named Joey and Jackson and they are great names now but will still be great names when they are older with kids themselves!

I like the name Brad or Bradley, it seems like you know what you want. I did know someone named Bradley when I was in elementary but he's the only one and I'm 27 now.
