Manufacturers will not sell a conversion kit, simply for the fact that it puts them at risk, if there is a failure. Some models in mobile homes used to have conversion kits, included, since it was not known at the time of manufacture, where the home would end up. Natural gas is a heavier gas, and the jets are larger than jets for LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) gases. LPG gas piping requires drip legs, that aren't usually found in natural gas piping. Your best, and cheapest bet, is to pay your bill! Good luck to you!

NO,, not unless you change the jets in the water heater,, if you can!! the juets for natural gas and propane are different sizes and you could blow yourslef away using high pressure propane with low pressure jets!! the best thing to do is pay your bills,, the cost of propane, tanks, hoses, jets etc will be more than its worth,, besides, if you turn off the propane it will take hours to reheat a full tank of water for a shower!!!

If you are a handy man, then you can change the orifices in the hotwater tank. They are a different sizes one is for propane and a larger one is for natural gas. Go to your hardware store and get the replacement parts. Is is not hard to do. They will probably even tell or show you how to do it.
Don't go to Walmart they would be about as much help as a screen door on a sub. We did the reverse for my Father in law, we changed his propane heater into Nat Gas.
If you are going to turn the gas on and off, be sure and get an extra thermal wrap for the hot water tank to save heat. Or wrap it yourself with some insulation

You need to get a LP conversiton kit. The regulator would need to be opened all the way if not removed.
Take it to the man! Good luck!

Don't even think about trying that, it has to be jetted for propane.

There are kits available from your heater manufacturer, they have to be installed and then you can do it.
