Nothing will make you grow taller, than your genetic code is programed for.

Now if you want to reach your full potential height.

Then eat healthy balanced meals.

IE: lots of fruits and veggies, not much protein.

But if you are already in your late teens, 15 and up,

Your diet or anything else, isn't really gonna effect your height.

You'll grow to whatever height you are geneticly programed to.
