if its not released for the US then there is great possibility that it dont have an english translation yet. I bet there's an english sub that you could download somewhere for free. there are alot of fansubs out there that shows direct links for your liking. just google it. e.g. prince of tennis eng sub try it. i hope you find what you are looking for
