not land agents they sell or rent and are very expensive for egypt, we rented there for 500 13 days they where asking 3000 per month
for the same kind of property, we where there 2 months ago and also we only wanted it for 13 days no let up on price a month or nothing, so found our own easy loads of these places to rent by the locals,

do not bother with this company they are con merchants we rented the same kind of villa for half the money they wanted. and i think this is a spam .because the office is easy to find and all the touts take you there if they know you want a rented place, even touts get 25% of the rent,they get at least 50%.
