Make proposals to the Legislature to make laws protecting rights of the children and grandparents. Lobby with the legislators if possible so that your requests will be noticed and given priority.

Find others who believe as you do . Locate attorneys who do this kind of work.(usually Family Law) ....Hook up , gransparents do have rights.......Another thing is to find out what states already have grandparents rights laws on the books ......Good Luck !
