I talk too much at times, tell people my business too much, but most of all lack in lovemaking. Have I reached a middle age crisis at 48?

Learn to take your thoughts captive and hold your tongue. Count to ten before answering. People who talk a lot are people with low self images and hurting. They are rattled easily and dont know how to stop. Its almost like a dog chasing its tail around and around. You dislike yourself thats why you reveal too much about yourself. You are hurting and hoping deep down that someone has seen you have a problemand will come to your rescue, but they just dont!. You are actually crying out for love and recognition, but until you begin to love yourself again you will continue on this crazy cycle. I think your problem stems from rejection of sorts and you are desperate to find the solution but you look for it in the wrong places.

Email me if you identify with this and I will chat to you some more.

DOnt feel bad there are many people out there who have been wounded in a similar way and handle it in ways that would leave you cold. You find by babbling you talk out your feelings and emotions but you have realized there is a problem and its got nothing to do with sex or your age. Its all to do with a low self esteem because of things that happened that you buried deep away in the recesses of your mind. The time has come to deal with them and you wll get over this. Its funny how this always happens to people around your age, but it does and its almost like when you hit 50 you begin to take stock of your life and start a brand new season. I know many folk going through what you are. Its normal. But if you see the problem deal with it. Its very important. It can either make you or break you!

This sounds good. Your decision to keep others out of your private affairs that is...
Remember that what you think about expands and that this period too shall pass.
I don't know how long you've been married but he's not complaining, is he?
Pick a certain time of the day to worry about it for only 5 to 10 minutes, no more and then stop breaking your head for nothing. You'll be fine!!!
