Well I just last year my father left my family for another woman and of course that streesed my out...I often find myself so emotionaly like when I'm watching a movie and really feel the mood about the movie. I didn't use to be like that, it's kinda hard to explain...maybe another example is music, I used to listen to a lot of rap stuff and I still do but I found myself listening to jazz, alternative, oldies and r&b music all the time...it's weird...

Hmmm... maybe you ought to spend time alone. Think about how you really feel. Ask yourself ''Why do I feel like this?''

Once you know the cause, you can take steps to eliminate the effects.

Best of luck! ;D

I think people often say "I'm leaving your mother, not you!" but that of course, is a lie. Divorce breaks families up and everyone suffers. Of course you're mourning - you're upset on your mother's behalf, and on your own. Please remember your pain and never ever do it to your own children.
Many of the older songs address these issues - about love and loss. So perhaps they're striking a chord.
By the way, it's not unusual to listen to music when you're deeply upset. When my father left us Dolly Parton's song was "Jolene" and my mother would listen to it with tears running down her face.
When my own marriage broke up, I had a bit more backbone. Gloria Gaynor's "I will Survive" saved my sanity. Try listening to that for a bit of vinegar in your life!
Be kind to yourself. You've gone through one of the tragedies of life. You will survive but never forget how you suffered.
Good luck.

Your body is a fine balance of chemicals and hormones. It could be due to a in balance of these. Or your father leaving could have opened up your emotions and see what you have rather then not caring before. If in doubt seek professional advice.

You are a sensitive kind of person. It is pretty normal so you are not the only one.

Papageorge you might be just grieving. Any chance you can talk to someone face to face. Agree though, it makes you angry (well it did me)
