The skill or the actual production of the written word?
Depending on what kind of promotion you mean... I'd say it is very important to be able to write a coherent piece. If I fail at it it will demote me....Doe that answer your question?

hey ur writing is very important like if u dident noe how 2 write how are u going 2 work and and if ur writing is so good u could be promoted as a noter
