Do to lack of pigment, the plucked hair will return the same way=grey.
If you shave hair on face the result will be, stronger, potentially darker and often more hair. Like mowing grass, after the cut, (results in a blunt cut), same with face, first new hairs will have that blunt cut= a stubbly hair=course to the touch, after it grows it will become softer, due to changing shape, like a blade. The same goes with hair.
Shaving should never be an option on face.

No they dont grow back with a vengence, but that one hair will grow back. Try a grey coverage or go to a salon because they have chemicals that cover grey like no other!
If you do shave your face though, yes it will grow back usually worse then it was before you shaved it and you will have prickles! And you dont want that, so try waxing, its best and the pain goes away the more you do it.

hair grows from a follicle.. pull that hair out and it grows back from that follicle.
the ones next to that follicle will get gray when they are good and ready to change.
in our life time our hair changes 7 times
the last time it changes it is gray..
gray hair is lack of pigment in the hair
if you shave.. only those hairs that you shaved off will come back.. they each have a follicle.. blah blah blah
you can get more facial hair from hormones
or lack of it
if i could shave my head to make my hair thicker.. i would do it in a minute.. can't be done
it may feel thicker because it feels brisley but when it grows totally out it feels like before you started shaving it

Myths. One real consequence of plucking grey hairs is that when they start to grow back they stand up.
