I've noticed a lot at work - I work with loads of young women and ladies - that when one of them has a new hairdo that whatever it looks like the others say 'Ilove your new do' and then they grimace in reply 'thanks'.
Why can't you girls be honest and say 'Your new do looks a mess and I preferred the old one' ? The reply being 'I hate it too - it was a mistake' No wonder all the girls at work do is ***** about each other in the coffee room.

Sad but true. Women are indeed an enigma, wrapped in a paradox, wrapped in a conundrum. But they do smell nice and look pretty.

Its in our nature to be bitchy! and not all girls do this some people are straight to the point and if they know you well enough they will tell you the truth, but saying that I think that its better to say nothing!!! I have worked in 2 offices and the atmosphere was terrible as everyone was dead bitchy and went off in there own groups! Better to work with a bunch of guys if you want to avoid this!!

I had a disastrous hair do not that long ago (which I'm still trying to get fixed) and the only person who told me the truth was my best friend. All the women at work said it was 'nice' or 'fine' or 'great' - when I said I hated it and that my best friend said I looked awful the women at work suddenly started saying things like 'well...it's not really you' and 'I know what you mean'. I was very angry!

Maybe they dont want to hurt their feelings or maybe they really like it! Next time you hear the women chatting about their hairstyle and you know they are lying why dont you step forward and tell the truth from a mans point of view,i think if a man told me straight i would listen.

I would never do that, I always speak my mind. ALWAYS, people either love me or hate me. Either way I dont have a problem, at the end of the day, I know I am a good person.
