I would be grateful if someone could help with the correct dialling code and let me know if I need to delete the the '0' or '6' at the start.

Silvia's right, you must delete 0, but it seems you're from the US, am I right? So you must dial 01139, not 0039.
So 01139669885100

0039 6 69885100

0039 is for italy. Delete the '0' . You leave it only if you send from italy to italy.

ur sending the fax to Rome(06)
so dial this number wen u send the fax
