Vitamin A can be found as carotenoids (think beta-carotene) or retinoids.
Fruits and vegetables are rich in carotenoids. Choose things that are brightly orange or yellow colored, like papayas, carrots, orange and yellow bell peppers, etc.
Animal liver is high in the other form of vitamin A, retinoids.

vitamin a precurrcer is caretenoid which as u know found in carrots ....important thing is that vitamin is synthesised in human body and storered in lever(thats why liver is rich in vitamina)and is not easisily removed from body and cause toxicity..so be avare of vitamin a!
