Well its ying and yang. If you try to hide it, it can come back and bite you in the a$$. Or if you open about it from the beginning then people would have no choice but to respect it. But don't let it kill your dreams. You may ran into people who wouldn't want to work with someone with that type of background. But then you have people who can careless it all about getting that money$$.
Best of luck!

I think it might actually help a little. A little notoriety can be a good thing. (How many former Miss Americas can you name besides Vanessa Williams?) Remember there is no such thing as bad publicity. Just be sure not to do anything that will jeopardize contracts like continuing to strip, using drugs or missing performances.

I wouldn't think there would be a problem, but I don't know the business. Maybe email Tyra Banks, she seems to be doing good in this area........instead of parading around in underwear, she asks oh so intelligent questions to her guests, like, "are those real?" or "are you sad about that?"

There could be, but only if you're in the same neighbourhood as where you stripped. If you're in a different location there shouldn't be any overlap. Of course, if you eventually get famous there will be people who will remember, but by then that will only add to your allure.

No, just live. Ppl will have something to say regardless of what you do. It doesn't matter where you come from. Watch The Pursuit of Happyness.

-Success seems to be connected with action. Successful ppl keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit.
