Probably Deadpool, Captain America, Taskmaster or maybe Squirrel Girl. Depends upon who's writing them.

Taskmaster. Anything any other technique that he's seen someone else do he is able to do as well, so he is combining the skills of all the other fighters. The only weakness he has in terms of technique, then, is if someone can come up with a new technique that Taskmaster has never seen before. Based on this, I think Captain America, Wolverine, Deadpool, or Spider-Man would all beat Taskmaster, but it would be because of their powers, not because of their fighting skill. I don't think any of them are smart enough to come up with a radically different fighting technique to beat Taskmaster just through the originality of that technique. Even if there is a fighter in the Marvel Universe who is smart enough to develop a radically new technique on the fly so that Deadpool has never seen it before (Someone like Deathstroke from Marvel), I still think Taskmaster would win most fighting skill competitions because the thousands of years of human fighting that Taskmaster has been able to see and absorb are going to yield better technique than the superior brainpower a single person.

Champion of the Universe.
He is a master of countless fighting styles and martial arts forms. Not to mention he can control the Power Primordial. The Champion's physical strength is only limited by the amount of cosmic force that his body can contain (which is unkown). The Champion is not limited by the need for food, drink, or sleep.
The Champion's body is virtually invulnerable against all forms of conventional injury. His body is capable of resisting penetration wounds, extreme temperatures of heat or cold, corrosives, and even the vacuum of space (in the aforementioned incident in which he was tricked into destroying a planet, he was at the epicenter of the planetary explosion but came through without even a scratch). However, while it is possible to cause the Champion injury, he cannot be killed by any means. Death has barred the Champion and the other Elders from entering its realm.
Yea so he wins lol

Capt. America. While I understand your reasoning behind Wolverine, Cap has proven himself time and time again. Not only is he a "super-soldier", but his combat prowess has been effective enough to be used as training exercises for the Avengers. He established combat routines for the Avengers, literally planning, plotting out, and making them work not only in practice but in "reality". He has managed to use just his fists and his trusty shield, and while his strength and healing factors are heightened, he isn't anywhere near Wolverine in the powers dept., yet he has managed to defeat beings such as Thanos. He beat Thanos due to his combat and strategy skills!! Cap has an advantage over others in the Marvel universe besides his combat experience: Brains and a heart that won't quit, no matter what the odds.
