I use Style Master as a back up to hand coding. It is WYSIWYG. However re reading your question it is not actually that clear what you want to do. I don't know of any programs that will NOT type the CSS, as surely that is the point of a css editor. I aslo doubt if you will get anyone giving you their serial key, AFAIK a serial key is for one persons copy of a product and any other use is illegal in most places.

There is a plug-in in Firefox, part of the developers tools that will allow you to view and edit a style sheet. Can't remember what it is called though.

Hope this gives you a starting point.

Alternatively, you could use something like DreamWeaver which is a gui editor an will show you the changes you make to the CSS immediately.

Well I use a little program called TopStyle. It is an easy to use CSS editor. Its from http://www.bradsoft.com/

You do know that CSS is a STYLE SHEET item and does NOT change the content?

For editing content you need a CMS (content management system) of some sort if you want to edit content while viewing the page.
