wasn't it because hbk wanted to have a match with the undertaker..and then mcmahon came striding in arranging a match with hbk and cane vs. undertaker and batista?..
is this the kind of answer you were looking for or another answer meaning why hbk, cena and batista and undertaker were paired as tag team?..

who knows publicity is a strange and wonderous thing.. maybe this time round batista will get His face smacked in by the undertaker for turning on him like that at the last minute or then again it could be cena or hbk to do it.. we'll never know til we see it

your missing the a in batista and yea it's hbk & cena vs. batista & undertaker again because JBL and Mr. Machaon were F@CK*nG and came up with the idea!

Why not, it worked last year when they did it at Saturday Night's Main Event (the two main events going up against each other: HHH/Cena vs. Mysterio/Orton/Angle).

that's exactly what i said when they announced it. they should have made it cena vs. batista and hbk vs. undertaker. two great matches could have been made to build wrestlemania.

to heat up the rivalry about the wrestle mania stuff... unforgiven before was miles away from wrestle mania, that's why they still have not lost their partnerships.. but now, it's just centimeters away... theyre gona face their partners in how many days, how could they trust? it's traumatizing to the fans actually! :)
