Well, there are good and great hotel and resort to choose from in pampanga but not pricey.

try Holiday Inn, Clark, Pampanga (it's quite expensive here i say). also, since your near Subic, try Olongapo beaches since its already summer.

search cheap motels and don't forget to get the information about that place first.

go to boracay or puerto galera. Search it online..It is nice to go there specially in summer time.
