Depends on how good your solicitor is, and how you've structured your remuneration.

that doesnt sound right, a person on benefits pays about a fiver a week. The best thing to do is withdraw the claim for 13weeks then put in a new one which will be based on current salary etc Maybe its never been reviewed

It could be that the mother of the £5 child has a good salary herself whereas the mother of the £58 child has a lower income.

Maybe the person on £30k was happy to lie about their outgoings, or their mistress costs more to keep. CSA has never been fair, never will be - the rich will continue to get richer and we'll pay for their kids.

Could it be that the payments were sent when this person had a much lower income? If they have more money now then it may not apply to the judgement.

The higher income enables the best brains to be brought in resulting in the smaller payment being made. Its all about money (money makes money)

I don't understand this either. I think it's achieved by them lying about their income. My ex husband has 2 jobs. I don't know how much he earns, but he pays 29.95 a month for our daughter.
I don't argue because we would rather starve, but that doesn't make it right.

Maybe it's a budget based system?

ie - They take a % of what's left after you have paid out all expenses?

DOGSBODY 29.99 a month?

What a bum hole he is! i would wanna provide as much as possible for my kids, u did good getting rid of him girl.
