It's probably stuck by the brass soup ladle, or the chunky lemon squeezer made of glass.

Shake it as much as you can, to see if things settle.

If you can get it open a little, you can get your hand in and start to move things around, until it moves out a little more, and so forth.

Worse case - you cut into the drawer from the bottom. It's easier to replace the bottom of the drawer than the front, if the only way you can get in is to start cutting.

I recommend hanging large things like ladles - easy to get to, easy to put away and solves problems like crowded drawers.

Open the drawer under it or above it all the way then reach for whatever is stuck there. You can also open the drawer beside it and do the same thing.

Get something long & thin, like a ruler, push it in and 'worry' the contents of the drawer. when you can see an item enough to remove it, do that, push drawer sharply in...shake, pull out. If you need, repeat with a ruler or so.

Close it, reopen it slowly- find a flat, thin prodder (spatula, rigid school ruler) to lever down whatever is jamming the drawer.
Remove obstruction and store in a comonsense location.

Try to look inside and see what is getting stuck, its usually a big spatula or spoon, but look to see what it is. If it has a handle, try taking that one out (otherwise I could send my son over, he excells at helping me with these type of things.)

Try removing the drawer below it, then try to pop the stuck drawer up or try to knock the ladel loose.
