Which is the best site to start up a blog? and how do you get people to read it?

I have my blog at www.blogger.com. You have to create a Google account first before you can create a blog. Many people I know use blogger.com. Just ask people to type in your blog address at the Internet bar. Then they can access it. You can add pictures and your daily entries. You can also insert music videos and links to other blogs. You can decorate your blog nicely but it is all really tedious. I just set up a plain but nice background and a music video.

Blogger is the most common easy-to-use blogging site to start with. People find it by word of mouth.
