Basic salad sandwich, wholemeal bread (preferably my own homemade) with lovely crisp lettuce, a small amount of onion, a couple of cherry tomatoes sliced, a bit of yellow pepper and some cucumber, all topped with loads of Hellman's light mayonnaise. Delicious!!!
