What does that mean…? I don’t like other guys.

Dude, sadly we humans are so damn creative that we feel the need to invent new superfluous words - simply to sell up-dated dictionary's.
The term "metro sexual" is used to describe a clean, well-groomed guy. (one who may clean his ears, trim uni brows and cut his toenails)
"Metro-sexuals are the next "threat" to American masculinity !!

It means that you care about your appearance. They often wear fashionable clothing and groom themselves more than the average male.
It has nothing to do with your actual sexuality.

Don't panic! No one's insinuating you like other guys (not that there's anything wrong with that...) I understand "metrosexual" to mean a heterosexual guy with tastes as good as a gay person's.

metro sextual refers to someone who is macho but not that tough!! kinda good at humour, know to play with girls, cry sometime, love football as wel as love to interfer in girls talk too.
in total someone who is not as hard and macho as a village guy!!
