pop up window: some one killed chinese hacker?

My god! some one killed ChineseHacker-2 Monitor. this is the pop up when I connect to internet....please tell me how to stop and what is this about......is it virus or any thing else.......thanks....

it sound to me that the message you are getting is due to messenger service in windows.to get rid of this goto contol pannel - administative tools - services scroll down and you will see messenger right click goto properties press stop and disable it job done.this does not affect msn.hope this helps
