dude the smartest is hard because there all lots of smart guys in wwe, but my opinion on this is that Val Venis is the smartest. he is said be a genuis when it comes to politics. Vince Mchanon is a genuis, Terry Funk is also very smart and wise just like yoda.

hmm lets see here triple H has a degree in psychology, JBL has a begree in business and is worth almost as much as vince McMahon, and JBL did it all on his own. he went from broke ex football player to wealthy business man and pro wrestler. in fact many of the guys in the pro wrestling circuit have attended college. but i have to say that triple H and JBL are probably the most intelligent.

im ot sure which wrestler is in either wwe or raw but i think the undertaker is pretty smart and he never loses any matches.
i think that booker is just retarted saying hes a king.
i think that john cena is smart by watching michaels even when he says "he has his back"
