A is the ONLY answer that is correct.

D is false, as the ring of fire is composed of ocean-continent and ocean-ocean convergent plate boundaries, not continent-continent convergent boundaries.

The Answer is A....there are other plates out in the pacific that are not considered part of the continental plate boundaries.

D) is certainly not correct. There is no Continent to Continent convergence or transverse motion anywhere along the Ring of Fire. A) is the only correct answer .
