I just got saline implants and am wondering how much they weighed. They were 510 cc's each

Well, 1000 cubic centimetres of water equals 1 litre which weighs 1 kilogram which is 2.245 lbs. As your implants are a bit over 1 litre they probably weigh more than 2.245 lbs. Of course, you will need to add the weight of saline to the solution but as you have not mentioned rate of salinity it is a bit difficult to judge the correct weight. Hope this helps.

Just remember this old saying, "A pint's a pound the whole world round. So if your inplants are 510 cc's each, the total for both implants would total approximately 2 pounds. Hope this helps.

510 cc * 1 ounce / 29.574 cc = 17.24 ounces

17.24 ounces * 1 pound / 16 ounces = 1.077 lbs/implant

So total

1020 cc = 2.154 lbs

Well if saline weighs as much as water, then you probably added about 2.6 pounds.
