do you have any idea with wind shear.,what is it about? how is it or something to do with earth?

It's a change of wind speed/direction with height.

Example

It may blow at 10m/s easterly at ground level, 25m/s south easterly at 2000 feet.

I only know it has something to do with the landing of an airplane....a windshear is a dangerous kind a wind that can cause a crash while the plane is landing. It's a kind a turbulence.
