San Francisco is way too small to have any large outlets but if you travel out of SF there are outlets in Gilroy (45min-1hr. drive), Milpitas (30 mins), Vacaville (40 Mins), Napa (30-40 min) and Sonoma (30-40 min) have the best outlets.

They are all owned by the same company so check out this website: http://www.premiumoutlets.com/
The website has a list different stores for each of the outlet centers.

Vacaville Premium Outlets are the only ones I know of. About 30 - 40 mins from San Francisco.

There's a small one in San Leandro (half an hour away just past Oakland)

that's the closest one, but it doesn't have much. the closest good ones are probably petaluma or vacaville which are each about an hour away.
