What support do you want? Do you want them to pay you for this? If that is the case then good luck but don't hold your breath.

Employers will only pay for training if there is something in it for them.

However they could give you the time off you need, unpaid of course.

you have already set him as much as be a bum. sit down with your husband and son this evening. You and your husband could grant a united front. tell him he has ninety days to the two join college or get an entire-time activity. If he's in college, he will pay no hire on an analogous time as going to college. If he has a job, he will initiate paying $4 hundred a month housing due on the 1st of the month. in any different case, he will could bypass away. 2 possibilities. no longer the rest. My wager is that he's spoiled and thinks he merits to place around the homestead and play on the laptop and video games. he's unmotivated. that's the main suitable concern you're able to do to him while he's nineteen.....in any different case no longer something will substitute and he would be nevertheless at homestead at 39. the only difference is you and your husband would be 2 an prolonged time older!

sorry but has it has no relationship to the job you do they want help if you were doing something to do with the housing association at college they would help but doing electrician work they know there going to loose you once you qualify now if you were nursing you would get all the help in training you for further education in nursing care with nvq etc it it related to the job you were doing I'm sure they would help you out.but you have to see there point they will have to take someone else on while you attend college during the day which will cost the company more money in covering your work when your not there .

Housing associations, like all landlords are responsible for the up keep of their properties. It would be useful for them to have a qualified electrician to liaise with external contractors (or 'service providers' as they like to say).
