Hi,
its a document like word/excell you can store in docs.google and share with other party.

Otherwise there are many sites which serve your need.

http://www.box.net/login

Register and follow...

Other option there are safe softwares which helps to divide a file into small files and join them back... Here is a best option for that

From your question it is not clear whether the size is after compressing, if not compress the file (using winzip / winrar, trial versions are available on net). Also you can compress the file into multiple files so that each file will be in smaller size. If the recepeint has yahoo breifcase / rediff / gmail put the compressed file to it. There is an option to share the file through gmail (check in google for this).

If the data is files, pictures, documents>then you can send data using emails by breaking it into smaller units

If data is Movie/Video then email cant work.you need to have a Flash/Zip/pen drive copy the data and transfer to another computer.

You can burn the data on CD/DVD and transfer it.

You can try remote assistance and see if that works for transfering data.

Good luck
