the word batsi is a visayan word w/c means rocky. like a road that is not plain very batsi am i right?

I am a Visayan but I have never heard of such a word.
What Visayan dialect are you referring to?
The word "batsi" is a coined and inverted Tagalog word for "sibat." This is a street language meaning "go" in English.
It is used as a harsh word if somebody dislikes someone.

bisayan?you mean people in visayas???are you a filipino???if yes....know the word in tagalog so it will be more easy to translate...
