I heard that an University in Philipines organized a nude marathon few years ago. But, all the runners are male student from the university.

I would walk around town nude all of the time if I could but I still live with my family, so I don't do it in the day because I don't want a police officer coming to my house and telling my mom why I'm being arrested. So I can only settle for streaking at night but I try to do it in front of people because it is such a rush. Plus it feels so good, a nice breeze on the bawls never hurt anyone.lol

I've been nude in public lots of times at the beach and similar places, and have spent all day during Spring Break completely naked (in public) in nothing but body paint, but have never walked around town nude.
The only place I know of that allows it is Cap d'Agde in France...a completely naked town where everyone can do anything they want completely nude.

Muir Beach in Marin County is a great place to dwell around nude. It 20 minutes from San Francisco. Just go during September and October!

I walk around my house nude every saturday and sunday. The only time I'm nude outside is at the nude beach or tanning in my back yard.

I walk around my own property completely stripped off. My home is secluded except in front so anyone driving by who is looking can see me totally naked. I often do yard work and gardening while completey stripped off.
There are not too many places where it is acceptable to be nude in public, to walk around town. Some places do exist where to be naked in public may cause controversy but will not result in breaking any laws. Even in those places, tho, public lewdness or sexual acts will result in punishment.
The basic answer to your question is -- NOBODY walks around town nude.

Don't walk around in public or some town while nude. If you want, there are nudist camps you could go to.

Strange people walk around town in the nude. Likely they are mentally challenged. I believe some primitive African tribes may still walk around nude. Why do you ask?

Dogs, cats and the occasional village idiot. No one should expose themselves to those that do not wish it. In the privacy of your home in private or with your spouse, no problem. At beaches dedicated to that, no problem. Sanctioned nudist resorts, clubs etc. that's OK. But, to be honest if everyone walked around nude, people would probably take better care of their health. It seems we only take care of those areas exposed to others, like hair, teeth, face as well as other things. But, what world we have created for ourselves that profanity, anger and violence is acceptable in music, television and at the movies, but being naked as god first intended is a disgrace. What the hell?

In my town it is illegal. But I have been to a nude beach and I sunbathe nude outback in my yard.
