This is the story of my high school life, thus far:
I went to my high school with friends from my primary school, four years ago. One of my old friends had a new friend who she allowed into the group, and this new friend kicked me out. I was allowed into a group and they kicked me out later saying their friendship was "temporary". A group of senior girls let me into their group and I was with them for two years until they left the school for uni. Then I was alone. At around this time, my dad got lung cancer and had treatment and was very very ill. I then sat alone at school with people ignoring/bullying/spreading rumours about me.
A new girl came to my school this year and me and her became good friends. She introduced me to the popular group and they accepted me. Later on they told me it had been a joke, that they hate me, and then the new girl chose them over me. Now her and my other friends don't want anything to do with me as it'll ruin their rep. to be friends with teh "loner".

School kids can be very mean & cruel!
they are scared to go against the main group incase it happens to them.
does the school have some youth group thing there you could join or go to the library or find other friends that don't know that stupid group
remember there is nothing wrong with you & you are better away from those nasty dragged up kids
join some youth group out of school hours anyway even if you don't believe in god it will do you good to go to them
you will make very good friends there & you can get to learn about the bible just the same it wont hurt to know all that
those groups go on weekly outings skating movies camping ten pin bowling etc all sorts of fun times
so as the other guy here said be strong at school & do your studies & one day those people will grow up & years later they will be real friendly to you because they end up ashamed of themselves

Mate the most valuable advice I can give you is to life your life for yourself and dont care what other people say and do, you are an individual and if people cant see that is cool then their loss.
You can always find friends where you least expect them, enjoy the solitude and easy school life because it only gets more hectic once you graduate.
If you are a loner just be content that you can seek companionship in your own thoughts, my guess is that without time to yourself you never really discover who you are.
I was like this at one time in high school, I can suggest going to the libary, spread your horizons and knowledge base through books, chances are also that you will find others in the same boat as yourself, these people make the best friends becuase they are loyal and trusting of you for you not for some ideal of being cool.
Anyway I hope this helps and remember enjoy yourself...

Hold your chin up as you walk by every one. Make friends out side of school that are older than your ex friends. If you have a cell phone get it to ring while your close to the ex's and say that sounds great I'll be there with my date. Walk away with a big smile on your face. Make sure to turn back and take a look at their faces. From then on don't even give them another look or thought as they have not found theeir own true self and live it. So they have to live in packs of the same type.

Man that sound like some shallow friends you have come across...don't lose hope there is always people like that but just be yourself no matter what. Don't even give the people that let you in as a joke the time of day. That kind of happened to me but the best thing i can tell you is never ever let them see you down or looking enviously at their group that will only give them the satisfaction they desire, and then you lose. Instead of being mean to them when you see them be as nice as you possibly can, nothing will annoy them so much. I know because i speak from experience. nothing makes the people that don't like you more angry than to see you happy.
Always forgive your enemies--nothing annoys them so much.
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

I think you care too much for the rest and being accepted. If they want you as how you are fine, if not, they can go to hell.
Simple. I wouldn't care if I were a loner or a popular, I would care about my grades and to get into a good University. You will find less stupid people there.

It sounds like you're luck to be away from such "friends". Trust me, karma has a way of getting people for their cruel actions/inactions. You're better off without such jerks as these. The best revenge is a happy life without them. :)

That's just the way some people are. If I were in that type of situation, I'd just stay to myself, that way I won't keep getting my feelings hurt by some a$$holes that aren't even worth a second thought to begin with.....

Life's like that sometimes. Don't let it affect your life. Move on, work hard so that you can succeed in all your plans. If you're already successful, there will be a time that they will come to you, then its your turn to do whatever you want to them.

Don't worry.
Women will do that to you.
What hurts so bad is they look so good & know they are playing you like used trash.
Be strong. Don't let them hurt you.
Us men have to stick together sometimes, to ward off the evil women.
