If you go to a corporate store, you can pay with cash for free. You must be going to a third party store, like where I manage, or going to a Radioshack. Try corporate.

I know thats because sprint is the biggest rip off company!!! I have had my share of problems with them! they are horrible. the customer service people are absolutly terrible. and boy are they stubborn!! u cant reason with them at all! my mom wanted to terminate her account cause she got a pay as u go phone thats a really nice way to go there no hidden fees and BS. any way the lady on the phone was so dumb or something my mom said i want to terminate my account then they ask u why and then they try really hard to make u take another plan, the lady said Oh I'll be glad to put u on a different plan and so on and so on! my moms like I just to terminate my account!!! then she still was pushing to make her take another plan! crazy! then when the lady finally got it she said well there will be a 150 $ termination fee then she made up these other phones that she didnt have and she said wre going to charge u again for games and applications that u got and ringtones that she didnt get and on and on!! then after all that the lady hung up while my mom was trying to figure all this out! I also was trying to terminate my account and I did without to much trouble amazing. And so i thought i was done with them. not quite they still sent me another bill!!! after the lady said ok ur account is terminated! can u belive that i still got another bill! they are crazy. quick get out before they turn u upside side down and shake all the money outta ur pockets!! go with cingular

You can pay your bill with a debit card/credit card with *3(on the sprint phone).
Some accounts can take a check by phone.
And as always you can pay your bill with sending a check in the mail.
At a sprint store i do not believe they charge you a fee to pay a bill.

LMAO, Sprint!? I call sprint the sneeze network. If I sneeze on a napkin, all the little drops of mucus represent how spotty their network is.

If you check consumer reports, Verizon Wireless is number one in nearly every test market, second only to Alltell in few southern markets. Sprint is consistently at the bottom of these consumer tests in regards to customer service and network reliability.

Verizon Wireless all the way!
