You can create your own (with Audacity or some other recorder) then upload them using this addy: http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/
This may or may not work if you don't have Sprint. Also, tunebite offers a ringtone creator for mp3s that automatically upload to a site you can punch a code in for free (not including usage fees).
