I did for years and finally got the incentive to quit in January 2001. Been smoke free since then. I'm not going to say I don't think about it but I keep fighting the cravings. The price is much too expensive. The last carton wasn't even a third of what it is now. My health was a major reason due to the asthma I have. My hair and clothes no longer smell of smoke or my hands no longer stained. The first 2 weeks were the hardest, I probably slept 2 hours a night. I'm glad that is over ! :D

Yes, I smoke 2 different things. Both keep me sane, and to your please quit smoking comment, you are only making me to want to smoke more! Stay out of others lives, it is none of your business. If I want to smoke I will, I am a grown adult. Second hand smoke is not the only thing polluting your lungs, have you seen a smoke stack? Or a semi with all that black smoke coming out? Not to mention countless other things. I already know cigs are bad for me, so no I will not go to the link you posted. It really aggrevates me when people tell me to quit smoking, it is my life and my body. Maybe I should start telling meat eaters to quit eating meat and let them know the dangers of it to their healths and to the enviorment, NO I wont I stay out of others lives.

I don't smoke and never have, but I personally get sick of people telling smokers to quit. It's not that simple. It's an addiction and has been proven to be harder to quit than cocaine.

The same people who criticize people for smoking and harming others are the ones who drink themselves stupid and hurt themselves and others many times too. Many non-smokers are way too judgmental and hypocritical.

Yes I do and thank for the concern.
Some really can quit but some really can't coz its hard to give away a habit.
Please don't ever take the first pump coz its will be keep on pumping and pumping till the end.

I don't smoke, but I support the rights of people who do.

Used to smoke, but it interferes too much with my running and weight-training.
