Constitution of India & numrous Union & State Acts & Rules have given shelter to speechless animals from Cruelty. But we can see every day que of trucks carrying animals to slaughter houses in contravention.
Killing of one Child in Bangalore has created hue & cry in whole country BUT no voice is being raised against visible cruel actions. No body want to think that why the pet attacked on child? Whether Child teased the Pet or pet's family?
Almighty has created every thing for echological balancing . Whene ever we have played with nature, it has taken drastic revenge. To quote "Killing of Dogs in SURAT- GUJRAT resulted in spread of Plauge because Rats population could not be controled?
This kind of many examples are available. In my recent visit to Slaughter houses I saw total failure of SYSTEM resulting in supply of unhyganic beef and meat. An industry with thousands of crores turn over is running with out any check and paying any tax to exchequer. WHY? Do we have any reply?

Animals rights must be respected. The government must punish violators as deterrence for abuses against animals.

Indians are deft in preaching. They fail to practise what they preach. The speechless animals should be kept in separate enclosed fields. When we show compassion, we should know that these animals do not harm the people. :Poor people are the sufferers of animal bites. Some of them do not have any wherewithal to meet medical expenses and grease the palms of Govt. medical agencies. Can we sacrifice human life for the sake of animal welfare?

grow the government regulations and pay for it through fines to the industry
