if aliens arrived on this planet i would say, "well, seeing as you're here, i'm obviously a retard compared to you so you might as well eat me or something."
if i somehow got to an alien planet i'd be like, "wheeeee! i hope you have religious beliefs that i can manipulate to my benefit!"
unless they were just little prokaryotes or algae or something, in which case i would say, "you are the most boring aliens ever but i guess i should take a specimen home."

I would tell him that we humans like to eat animal flesh and if he knows if his kind taste either like chicken or beef. And I would ask them for a ride on the spaceship and if I could maybe rent one.
