14 yr old girl in GA got pregnant by 25 yr old man. Law clearly states that age of consent in GA is 16. Should doctor have reported this to DFACS?
IMO abuse/statutory rape did occur since child is obviously under legal age of consent, and with her being pregnant, a crime of some kind occurred.

The 25 year old man should be charged of seduction for impregnating a 14 year old girl. This crime must be reported to the authorities so that appropriate charges will be filed against the culprit.

The doctor should have reported this to the DFACS and to the local sheriff's office.
If in fact the firl is 14 and the guy is 25, statutory rape did occur. A 14 year old can not give consent to sex. It could even be a molestation case. If you knos this is true--you can also reprot this!
