10 years in the making and still not out...
They have been setting and cancelling release dates numerous times the last couple of years.

The album is titled Chinese Democracy and I guess until there is democracy in China, then the album will come out.

Not sure, their website doesn't say anything about an album, but they do have something about the song "Better" and why people are hearing it on the radio.
