Assuming they stay healthy (Marcus plays so hard he almost alwayes has a collision) I say a hair under 200. Marcus with smart running and hard play goes for 108 runs, Brian will score about 90. So a total of 198. Last year thay each scored 87 runs.

My guess is about 170
Marcus will probably hit at the top of the lineup and score about 90 to 95 runs
Brian will hit in the middle of the lineup and score about 75 to 80 runs

Marcus is better at scoring runs. Brian is better at HR's and RBI.
Both are late round fantasy picks at best.
