Try using a condom. if that doesn't work try using 2 at once.

OK there is lots and lots of ways to stop this problem, i am going to be very blunt about this so be prepared..
one way is when your having sex and you feel the urge that your about to ejaculate have your girlfriend stop moving and reach back and lift up your balls this will stop the urge for a moment another is a co** ring that will cut off your blood flow which really sounds bad but this doesn't hurt if its done right and will prevent you from ejaculating too soon and is quite pleasurable, another is go to a sex toy store and get knock offs of Viagra there are some that work and some that don't so make sure you ask the clerk or whoever is working there what is the best. another way is you can whenever your at that point again go and switch positions but don't jump right back into it do a quick 4 play thing and then go at it again and that in time should help you to prolong it. you said that when you enter her she is so warm down there have you ever thought to cool her off a little, take a Popsicle and put it in a baggie and insert it only enough to chill it and then try that. i hope this is helpful to you .....good luck

Spend more time during foreplay, extend the moment and make it more sensual that purely sexual. Also if you're younger, this is just something you have to go through. Take it slower after you enter her, and concentrate on how long you last less. If you're worried about lasting a long time, you arn't going to enjoy it as much and neither is she. Use a condom if you arn't already also, that reduces your sensitivity, and try different positions. Also repeat "performances" at a time help... you'll probably last longer after the first or second time. And again don't worry too much about it. I've had an issue where my girlfriend actually stopped enjoying it because we've gone so long... usually when I've been drinking a little Jim Beam. Most girls I've been with prefer more foreplay and quicker sex than less foreplay and longer sex. If your girlfriend is "warmed up" enough she can climax very quickly after penetration. Good luck buddy.

Try having the TV on or focusing on a conversation thats not about sex. Keep a log of your time, and or put on music. Just go again for another round. Do what ever you can to make your women happy. Try using oil, massage and if that doesn't work Anti - Depressants work too.

If you're worried about her not being satisfied, try doing more during foreplay for her, that way she doesn't feel "unsatisfied". You can also slow the pace or stop for a moment when you feel you're about to climax. Maybe, during that time of rest, you can kiss her passionately while you calm down enough to start again. :)

Slow way down, If you notice the faster you go the closer you get to cumming. Try not to think about what you are doing try to think about spiders and baseball. Trust me with time you will be able to go longer. For the mean time you can finish her off in other ways if you finish to early and you want her to be able to finish off. ( definitely try a condom I have never been able to c.u.m with a condom on :(

Slow down. Relax. Take care of her business first with some other body part (mouth or hand). Think about nothing that reminds you of sex.

Oh, and experience.

You need to be thinking about something unsexy, to slow yourself down. Once, I said something about Michael Jackson, during sex, and my husband lost the urge totally!
